1. Do I need to coordinate with PRC for overseas shipping?
No action is required on your end. IPXPRESS manages the entire international delivery process for you.If you have questions regarding your shipment, Message us Directly.

2. When will I receive my tracking details?
Your FedEx tracking number will be sent via SMS and email within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

3. I haven’t received my tracking number. What should I do?

4. Can FedEx provide my tracking number directly?
No. Shipments are processed under “PRC” as the sender, so FedEx will not release tracking details. Please reach out to IPXPRESS for assistance.

5. How long will delivery take?
International deliveries from Manila typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.
